Jyoti Resins & Adhesives board to meet for Q2 financial results

Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The meeting, to be held at the registered office, is primarily scheduled to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. The board will also take on record the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors for the same period.

In addition to the financial review, the board meeting agenda includes the consideration of any other business with the permission of the chair. This intimation is being provided to shareholders and members, as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
