Indo Borax board to meet November 11 for financial results approval

Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year and quarter that concluded on September 30, 2025. The meeting will also address any other business with the chair's permission.

In accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for the prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in Indo Borax securities has been closed. This closure commenced on October 1, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly announced on November 11, 2025.
