ICICI Bank allots shares, schedules investor engagements for November 2025

ICICI Bank allotted 247,536 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs.2, on November 4, 2025. This allotment was made under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme-2000 and was approved by two executive directors on the same day, following the board of directors' delegation of power on October 21, 2023.

In addition to the share allotment, ICICI Bank has scheduled three investor engagements for November 2025. These include participation in the ICICI Securities India Investor Conference 2025 on November 10, the G-200 Summit: Anand Rathi Flagship Annual Conference on November 12, and the UBS India Summit on November 13. All scheduled interactions are listed as in-person group meetings.
