Himatsingka Seide to hold board meeting for financial results

Himatsingka Seide Limited announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Insiders, the company confirmed that its trading window for dealing in securities remains closed. This restriction will continue until the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025.
