Hawkins Cookers reports strong half-year profit growth, income up significantly

Hawkins Cookers Limited reported a net profit of ₹57.89 crores for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, an increase from ₹34.08 crores in the same period last year. Total income from operations for the half-year rose to ₹555.55 crores, compared to ₹295.85 crores in the previous half-year. Earnings per share for the half-year stood at ₹109.48, up from ₹64.46.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company's net profit after tax was ₹31.95 crores, compared to ₹34.08 crores in the corresponding quarter of 2024. Total income from operations for the quarter was ₹316.47 crores.

The board of directors approved these unaudited financial results on November 4, 2025. The statutory auditors, Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, Mumbai, issued a limited review report with no material misstatement.
