Fortis Healthcare board to approve Q2 and half-year financial results

Fortis Healthcare Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. This notification is in compliance with regulations 29 and 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In conjunction with the board meeting, the "trading window" for dealing in the company's securities remains closed. This closure, initiated with reference to a letter dated September 26, 2025, will continue until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, specifically until November 13, 2025.
