Exicom Tele-Systems board to meet for Q2 financials

Exicom Tele-Systems Limited's board of directors is scheduled to convene on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, pertaining to the financial year 2025-26.

This meeting is in accordance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Additionally, the company provided an update on its trading window. Following its closure, the trading window for designated persons and other insiders will re-open on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
