Personiv Eclipse Inc recorded a turnover of INR 0.00 and a loss after tax of INR (26.20) for the same period. The merger is intended to consolidate entities for an efficient corporate structure and reduce administrative costs, with both subsidiaries operating in business process management.

This transaction is exempt under Regulation 23(5)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as it involves wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries. There is no cash consideration or issuance of new shares as part of the merger, and the shareholding pattern of eClerx Services Limited remains unchanged.
