Cheviot board to meet to approve financial results

Cheviot Company Limited has announced its board of directors will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and half-year that concluded on September 30, 2025.

This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The intimation was sent to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on November 4, 2025.
