Chambal Fertilisers reports strong half-year earnings, declares dividend

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited's Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a consolidated profit before tax of Rs. 1,595.29 Crore for the six-month period, with total consolidated revenue from operations reaching Rs. 12,110.37 Crore. Consolidated profit for the period (after tax) stood at Rs. 1,197.64 Crore.

In its standalone results, the company posted a profit before tax of Rs. 1,637.35 Crore and a profit for the period (after tax) of Rs. 1,239.74 Crore for the six months ended September 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for the same period was Rs. 12,110.37 Crore.

The Board also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share (50%) on Rs. 10 each for the current fiscal year. This interim dividend is scheduled to be paid or dispatched on or before December 3, 2025.
