Brigade Group boosts workspaces, posts strong Q2 financials

Brigade Enterprises Limited's managed workspace brand, BuzzWorks, has partnered with Frido to integrate comfort-led wellness solutions across its centers. This collaboration will introduce Frido Comfort Rooms and Corners, enhancing ergonomic setups for improved posture and reduced fatigue. This initiative underscores BuzzWorks' commitment to well-being and performance in workspaces.

The announcement coincides with Brigade Enterprises Limited's strong Q2 FY26 financial and operational performance. Presales reached INR2,034 crores, a 12% increase over Q2 FY25. Average realization grew 13% to INR12,236 per square foot. The company also reported consolidated revenue of INR1,430 crores for the quarter, up 26% from Q2 FY25, and a PAT of INR170 crores, a 48% increase.

The real estate segment contributed INR951 crores to turnover, with leasing revenue at INR341 crores and hospitality at INR138 crores. The company maintains zero residential debt and plans further residential launches totaling approximately 11 million square feet across key markets in the next four quarters.
