Blue Cloud Softech partners for edge-AI chip manufacturing in India

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has announced a Technology Ownership Transfer agreement with an Israel-based tech firm, valued at approximately $150 million. This partnership aims to co-develop edge-AI chips for AloT and industrial automation, along with establishing semiconductor manufacturing in India. The agreement includes a five-year strategic investment plan covering technology integration, product development, and manufacturing setup, alongside revenue sharing for hardware design and intellectual property rights.

Under the agreement, the Israeli firm will provide core hardware architecture and reference design, while Blue Cloud Softech Solutions will own and develop the entire software stack. This initiative aligns with the Government of India's "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat" vision and is expected to strengthen indigenous semiconductor capabilities. The company is in discussions with Indian manufacturing companies to fabricate these chips domestically.

The edge-AI semiconductor platform will provide high-performance edge computing for industrial and defense-grade environments. This collaboration is projected to fulfill Blue Cloud Softech Solutions' existing $15 million partnership with Byte Eclipse for Edge AI chip integration in the Oil & Gas sector, and address future projects across defense, energy, and industrial AloT domains.
