Alpana Dangi reduces stake in Bharat Wire Ropes to below 5%

Alpana Dangi has disclosed a disposal of 1,800,000 equity shares in Bharat Wire Ropes Limited on November 3, 2025, through an open market transaction. Prior to this disposal, Dangi held 5,219,644 shares, representing 7.61% of the total share/voting capital.

Following the disposal, Dangi's holding in Bharat Wire Ropes Limited has decreased to 3,419,644 shares, which now represents 4.99% of the total share/voting capital. This transaction reduces her stake by 2.62% of the total share/voting capital.

The equity shares disposed were ordinary equity shares, each with a face value of INR 10, and carried no special rights. The total equity share capital of Bharat Wire Ropes Limited remains at 6,85,84,648 shares.
