Aerpace Industries board to meet for financial results

Aerpace Industries Limited (formerly known as Supremex Shine Steels Limited) has announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will review and take on record the limited review report pertaining to these unaudited financial results.

In accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company will also address any other business with the permission of the chair. Furthermore, the trading window for dealing in company securities remains closed from October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025.
