Adani Enterprises incorporates two new infrastructure project subsidiaries

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) announced the incorporation of two new subsidiary companies in India on November 3, 2025.

The first, Morsagar Bisalpur Water Limited (MBWL), is focused on infrastructure development and water resource management. MBWL's objective is to design, finance, develop, construct, operate, and maintain the Mor Sagar Artificial Reservoir and feeder from Bisalpur to Mor Sagar Artificial Reservoir in Rajasthan under a Hybrid Annuity Model. AEL will hold 74% of MBWL's share capital, with the remaining 26% held by Cemindia Projects Limited, a related party of AEL. MBWL has a subscribed capital of INR 100,000 and currently reports nil turnover.

The second subsidiary, Munger Sultanganj Road Limited (MSRL), is a wholly-owned subsidiary also incorporated on November 3, 2025. MSRL will operate in the infrastructure sector, specifically in the development, maintenance, and management of the "Construction of Ganga Path Connecting Munger (Safiabad)-Bariyarpur-Ghorghat-Sultanganj Road in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode." AEL holds 100% of MSRL's share capital. MSRL also has a subscribed capital of INR 100,000 and currently reports nil turnover as it is yet to commence business operations. Both incorporations reflect AEL's strategic expansion into key infrastructure projects across India.
