360 ONE WAM and UBS AG formalize strategic wealth management collaboration

360 ONE WAM Limited (360 ONE WAM) announced on November 4, 2025, the execution of a collaboration services agreement with UBS AG. This agreement follows their initial term sheet for an exclusive strategic collaboration, which was first intimated on April 22, 2025. The collaboration aims to make wealth management solutions available to both domestic and global clients, focusing on cross-border client referrals.

The Collaboration Services Agreement establishes an overall framework for an exclusive strategic collaboration. It includes a revenue-sharing arrangement based on client onboarding, with a focus on cross-border client referrals for wealth management services. The strategic collaboration is not considered a related party transaction.

UBS AG, a leading global wealth manager and universal bank, manages $6.9 trillion in invested assets as of Q4 2024. This partnership combines 360 ONE WAM's local market knowledge and reach with UBS's global expertise, offering clients access to onshore and offshore wealth management solutions. As of December 2024, 360 ONE WAM advised over 7,500 families with aggregate assets exceeding INR 5,79,000 crores.
