Zeal Aqua board to meet on financials, consider independent director appointment

Zeal Aqua Limited has announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 4:30 P.M. The primary objectives include considering and approving the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, along with the limited review report.

Additionally, the board will consider the appointment of Pankajbhai C. Patel as an additional independent director for a five-year term. In accordance with the company’s code of conduct on insider trading, the trading window for directors, key managerial personnel (KMPs), officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives has been closed from October 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
