Texmaco Infrastructure director resigns, citing other commitments

Prakash Chandra Kejriwal has resigned as a non-executive director of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited, effective at the close of business on November 10, 2025. The company announced this decision to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on November 3, 2025.

Kejriwal's resignation is attributed to other commitments, with no other material reasons provided for his departure. The company stated that his resignation letter, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, is enclosed as an annexure.

Ganesh Gupta, chief financial officer of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited, signed the official notification. Kejriwal expressed gratitude to the board of directors for their support during his tenure.
