Tata Consumer Products announces key leadership changes

Tata Consumer Products Limited announced several changes in its senior management personnel effective November and December 2025. Puneet Das will cease to be president of packaged beverages for India and South Asia (including Organic India) on November 3, 2025, to pursue new opportunities after eight years with the company.

Succeeding Mr. Das, Sharat Verma has been appointed president of packaged beverages for India and South Asia (including Organic India), with his appointment effective December 1, 2025. Mr. Verma brings over two decades of experience from P&G, where he served as SVP and general manager for Fabric Care across India, the Middle East, and Africa, overseeing significant brand growth and a $0.5 bn business.

Additionally, Prashant Parameswaran has resigned as president of the Soulfull Business, effective December 15, 2025, for personal reasons. These changes reflect a strategic realignment within the company's leadership.
