Solar Industries board to review Q2, H1 financial results

Solar Industries India Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. These results will be accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.

In compliance with SEBI regulations, the company also provided an update on its trading window.
