RITES secures NIMHANS Outpatient Department project worth ₹372.68 crore

RITES Limited has secured a significant order from the National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) for the construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD) building. The contract involves Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the turnkey project at the NIMHANS Bangalore campus.

The contract is valued at ₹372.68 crore, exclusive of GST and PMC fees, and is expected to be executed within 36 months. This is a domestic order, and the company confirmed it does not involve any related party transactions nor does it include interest from promoters, promoter groups, or group companies.

This new order underscores RITES' continued involvement in critical infrastructure projects, particularly within the healthcare sector.
