Ratnaveer Precision Engineering reports strong half-year earnings, revenue up

For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, Ratnaveer Precision Engineering reported a total revenue of Rs 5,528.16 million and a profit before tax of Rs 380.48 million. This compares favorably to the same period in 2024, which saw a total revenue of Rs 4,361.21 million and a profit before tax of Rs 356.45 million. The net profit for the period from continuing operations stood at Rs 303.79 million, up from Rs 247.92 million year-on-year.

In the second quarter of 2025 alone, the company achieved a total revenue of Rs 2,879.10 million and a profit before tax of Rs 200.98 million. Net profit for the quarter from continuing operations was Rs 154.33 million. Earnings per equity share for the half-year increased to Rs 6.04, compared to Rs 4.93 in the previous year.

The company also announced the identification of seven senior managerial personnel, including Mr. Ajay K Panchal (GM-accounts & finance) and Mr. Satish Garg (vice president-marketing), reinforcing its leadership team.
