PCBL appoints Nilesh Koul as new managing director

PCBL Chemical Limited has announced the resignation of Kaushik Roy as managing director, effective November 3, 2025, due to personal reasons. Consequently, Roy will also cease to be chairman of the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee, CSR Committee, and a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

The board has approved the appointment of Nilesh Koul as the new managing director for a five-year term, effective November 3, 2025. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via a Special Resolution through postal ballot. Koul brings 28 years of leadership experience across various industries, including metals, construction materials, oil and gas, and FMCG, with previous roles at Hindalco Industries Limited, British Petroleum, and Lafarge Holcim.
