Mobavenue AI Tech to hold board meeting for financial results, fundraising

Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The primary agenda includes the consideration and approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results, along with the Limited Review Report, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will evaluate a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares via a preferential issue. This fundraising initiative is contingent on approvals from shareholders and relevant regulatory and governmental authorities. The meeting will also address the declaration of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025–26.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 1, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
