Mahindra Lifespaces subsidiary wins dismissal of long-standing litigation

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (BSE: 532313, NSE: MAHLIFE) today announced the dismissal of a litigation involving its subsidiary, Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited (MWCJL). The company, via a letter dated August 14, 2023, had previously informed about the ongoing litigation initiated by Mr. Sanjay Chhabra at the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Jaipur.
