Mahindra Lifespaces reports strong Q2 and half-year financial performance

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited reported a robust performance for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. For the half-year, total income stood at INR 5,917 million, a substantial increase from INR 2,191 million in the prior year. The company's profit for the period, after exceptional items and tax, reached INR 4,791 million, significantly up from a loss of INR 1,481 million in the previous year.

Diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year rose to INR 2.46, compared to a loss per share of INR (0.83) in the previous year. This positive trend underscores the company's strong operational and financial management over the period.
