Maharashtra Scooters reports strong half-year results, declares interim dividend

Maharashtra Scooters Limited reported unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, showing total income of ₹30029 lakh, up from ₹17196 lakh in the prior year period. Profit after tax for the half-year significantly increased to ₹30243 lakh from ₹15942 lakh. The company's basic and diluted earnings per share for the half-year were ₹264.6.

The board of directors declared an interim dividend of ₹160 per equity share (1600%), totaling ₹18286 lakh, which was paid on October 13, 2025. This dividend declaration is reflected in the financial results, with a separate bank account appropriately funded. The company's business activity is primarily investment-focused, as its factory was closed at the end of the previous financial year.

The unaudited financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 3, 2025, and were also subjected to a limited review by statutory auditors, KKC & Associates LLP. The auditors concluded that nothing came to their attention suggesting any material misstatement or non-disclosure.
