La Opala RG board to meet November 8 to approve financial results

La Opala RG Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The meeting's primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This will be accompanied by the limited review report, in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The board will also address any other matters that may arise during the course of the meeting. This announcement follows an earlier communication dated September 25, 2025, concerning the closure of the trading window.

In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in La Opala RG securities has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
