Jindal Stainless board to meet for half-year financial results

Jindal Stainless Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the company previously closed its trading window, effective October 1, 2025, to prevent insider trading. This window will remain closed until the second trading day following the declaration of the unaudited financial results.

The trading window for dealing in the company's securities is scheduled to re-open on November 13, 2025. This intimation was made to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on November 3, 2025.
