ICICI Lombard allots new shares under employee schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 135,694 new equity shares, each valued at ₹10, on November 3, 2025. This issuance was conducted under two employee-focused schemes to broaden employee ownership.

The majority of the allotment, comprising 133,303 equity shares, was made under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005. An additional 2,391 equity shares were issued through the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023. This allotment was approved by a whole-time director on November 3, 2025, acting on authority delegated by the board of directors at their meeting on July 18, 2023.
