Gokaldas Exports board to review Q2, H1 results on November 11

Gokaldas Exports Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its securities remains closed.
