GIC Re board to meet for Q2 financial results on November 12

General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re) has announced that its board of directors will convene on November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the period ended September 30, 2025. The board will also address any other matters deemed fit during the session.

In conjunction with this announcement, GIC Re confirmed the closure of its trading window for designated persons. This closure, as per the corporation's insider trading code, began following a letter dated September 26, 2025, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the public announcement of the financial results. This measure aims to prevent insider trading ahead of the crucial financial disclosure.
