Equitas Small Finance Bank appoints Manish Agrawal as president-finance

Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited announced the appointment of Manish Agrawal as president-finance, effective November 3, 2025. This change in senior management personnel was disclosed in accordance with SEBI regulations. Agrawal will also serve as a senior management personnel of the bank.

Agrawal brings over two decades of banking experience to his new role. He is a chartered accountant with a bachelor's degree in commerce, possessing expertise in financial reporting, financial controls, management reporting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, and IT initiatives across both standalone and group consolidated levels.

Prior to joining Equitas, Agrawal was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank as the head of bank finance function for the bank and consolidated group. His career also includes previous roles at ING Vysya Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
