Electrotherm board to meet for Q2 and H1 financial results

Electrotherm (India) Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company previously informed stakeholders that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 1, 2025. This window will remain closed for 48 hours following the submission of the unaudited financial results.
