CIAN board to review unaudited financial results

CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd. has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Monday, November 10, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is being held in accordance with Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
