Cello World schedules meetings for scheme of arrangement

Cello World Limited has announced it will hold separate meetings for its equity shareholders and unsecured creditors on December 6, 2025. These meetings, mandated by an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) dated October 7, 2025, are to consider and approve a Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Wim Plast Limited, Cello Consumer Products Private Limited, and Cello World Limited.

The meeting for equity shareholders is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. and for unsecured creditors at 5:00 p.m., both conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The cut-off date for e-voting for equity shareholders is November 29, 2025, and for unsecured creditors is October 30, 2025. Remote e-voting will commence on December 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. IST and conclude on December 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
