CAMSRep today unveiled Bima Central Administrator, a digital portal designed for insurers and brokers to enhance e-Insurance Account (eIA) customer servicing. The platform provides real-time visibility of policyholder activities to insurers and distributors, enabling them to track and fulfill service requests and allowing brokers to offer policy servicing across various products and insurers.
