Ashiana Housing board to meet on november 12 for financial results

Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will take place at the company's head office in New Delhi.

In compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company also notified about the trading window. Following the declaration of the financial results, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will reopen after 48 hours for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This measure aligns with the company's code of conduct.
