Synergy Green Industries to hold board meeting for financial results

Synergy Green Industries Limited announced a board of directors meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2025. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid mode at Kolhapur. The primary agenda includes approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
