Modern Insulators board to consider Q2, half-year financials

Modern Insulators Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Thursday, November 6, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. This notice is issued pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for Modern Insulators Ltd. closed on October 1, 2025. It will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. This measure aims to prevent insider trading ahead of the crucial financial disclosure.
