Magellanic Cloud board to meet for Q3, H1 financial results approval

Magellanic Cloud Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation was sent to both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on November 2, 2025.

In preparation for the results declaration, the company's trading window for dealing in securities closed on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This closure aligns with a previous communication dated September 25, 2025. The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, inclusive of both closing and opening days.
