GTT Data Solutions board to meet November 6 on financials, equity issuance

GTT Data Solutions Limited (formerly Cinerad Communications Limited) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The meeting's agenda includes the consideration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half-yearly and second quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will evaluate and potentially approve a proposal for the issuance of equity shares to identified persons, which may include a preferential allotment. This issuance will adhere to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended. The board will also consider increasing the authorized share capital and making subsequent alterations to the company's memorandum of association.

The company further informed stakeholders that the trading window, which closed on October 1, 2025, will remain closed until November 9, 2025. This notice serves as an intimation under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
