Dynamatic Technologies schedules board meeting for Q2 and half-year results

Dynamatic Technologies Limited announced its board meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 10, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the company's shares was closed from October 1, 2025.
