Credo Brands to review financial results on November 7

Credo Brands Marketing Limited will hold a Board of Directors meeting on Friday, November 7, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In adherence to the Code of Conduct governing trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for the company has been closed since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of these un-audited financial results.
