CL Educate board to review financial results; trading window closed

CL Educate Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, November 7, 2025. The meeting, to be held at the company's registered and corporate office in New Delhi, will primarily focus on considering, approving, and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In anticipation of the financial results, the share trading window for CL Educate securities has been closed with effect from October 1, 2025. This closure will remain in effect for 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent potential insider trading.
