Associated Alcohols & Breweries board to meet for financial results, strategic changes

Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited announced that its board of directors will meet on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the company's registered/corporate office in Indore. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss and approve modifications to the terms of utilization of funds previously raised through a preferential issue of convertible warrants into equity shares. They will also consider and approve the alignment, adoption, amendment, or alteration in the main object of the memorandum of association and in the articles of association of the company.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities, which closed on October 1, 2025, will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting on November 8, 2025.
