Zaggle partners with Hitachi for cash management services

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with Hitachi Cash Management Services Private Limited to provide Zaggle Propel. This services agreement, effective from November 1, 2025, has a tenure of three years.

The agreement falls under domestic transactions, indicating both entities are based in India. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity.

The company has confirmed that the promoter, promoter group, or group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the contract. Furthermore, the transaction does not fall within related party transactions. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
