Sunflag Iron & Steel CEO resigns due to personal reasons

Brijendra Kumar Tiwari, chief executive officer (senior management personnel) of Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Limited, has resigned from his position due to personal reasons. His cessation from duties became effective at the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.

The company formally disclosed this change to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement includes a copy of Tiwari's resignation letter, dated October 22, 2025.
