RailTel secures significant Aadhar enrolment order from Rajasthan Council

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Rajasthan Council of School Education for services amounting to INR 32,43,16,000, including tax. This domestic order pertains to "Aadhar Enrolment & Updation service" and is to be executed by October 30, 2030.

The work order was officially received on October 31, 2025. This intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A (B) of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company confirmed that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in the entity awarding the order, nor does the order fall under related party transactions.
