PNC Infratech board to meet on November 12 for financial results

PNC Infratech Limited has announced its board of directors will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The main agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will take place at the corporate office in Agra.

In accordance with regulations, the trading window for dealing in PNC Infratech securities has been closed. This restriction applies to designated employees, immediate relatives, specified persons, and connected persons and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

This announcement serves as official notice to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Tapan Jain, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the notice on November 1, 2025.
